The Rock

The real name of the Rock is Dwayne Johnlon. He is one of  the most successful superstar in the whole whorld. He was born in Hayward, California on May 2, 1972. His father’s name is Rocky Johnson and his grandfather (mother’s side) was Peter Maivia (late). The Rock was a member of the champion Miami Hurricane football team in 1991. He met and later married  Dany Johnson known as Garcia in Miami. They had a daughter named Simone Alexandra. They were divorced in 2008.

Rock’s father and Pat Patterson trained him as a wrester. Rock started his wrestling career as Rocky Maivia in 1972. He made his WWE debut in survivor series at 1996. He become intercontinental champion very quickly. Even though he was a good man fans did not liked him, so he turned into The Rock. When Rock became WWE champion in survivor series, it was the second anniversary or WWE. It was the year 1998.

From Wrestler to Actor:

In 2000 Rock hosted Wrestle Mania on Saturday Night Live. His performance was so good that he received the role of the Scorpion King in the movie called The Mummy Returns. In 2001 Rock’s another movie was released. It was called The Scorpion King. After that Rock starred in several successful movies and became a hot movie star.
